Furthermore, if you have health insurance, you can check your reimbursements, download your third-party payer card, estimate your reimbursements, perform procedures, submit documents, benefit from teleconsultation, and locate a healthcare professional.

Main Features:

• Report an incident: Provide details of your incident and attach up to 3 photos to complete your report. Once the report is submitted, PACIFICA services will contact you.
• Manage your ongoing claim: To simplify/accelerate the processing of your file, you can send the required justifications to your claims handler in real-time.
• Deal with a "Broken Glass": If you have subscribed to the broken glass option, easily find a specialist in automotive glazing nearby using a geolocated directory.
• Edit your certificates: You can view, download, or email the most useful insurance certificates.
• Access emergency services or directly contact a claims handler. The application also includes a service that allows deaf or hard of hearing clients to contact an assistant.
• View the details of your auto, life accident insurance, and health contracts.

For health insured individuals:

• View, download, or email your third-party payer card

These features are available to Pacifica clients with a bank account at Crédit Agricole or Banque Chalus. We are actively seeking solutions to allow all our clients to access them, including those who no longer do not have an account.
